Rental Policies

Arbor Light Studio can be available 7 days a week. Rental time to include all set up and breakdown. All rentals are for consecutive hour time blocks. All renters must be 18 years of age unless accompanied by adult for full rental period. Any rental beyond 4 hours requires certificate of insurance.

How to Reserve:

To reserve the studio, a 50% deposit is required via credit/debit for all rental longer than 4 hours and will be applied to the final rental fee. The studio is not considered reserved until deposit and signed rental contract are received.

Renter Responsibilities

• Renter will leave studio clean and neat just as they found it, furniture put back, all lights, sound system and equipment off. Client agrees to pay any cleaning fees deemed necessary beyond normal use (ie. paint damage and carpet stains).

• Renter also agrees that if any equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc. are mishandled, broken, ruined or stolen while renter is using the studio that they will replace any and all items or pay repair/replacement costs within 96 hours.

• Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded.

• Studio rental and any additional charges will be due upon the submission of the final rental invoice.

• Renter agrees to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs which may be incurred in connection with the collection of any unpaid accounts.

Cancellation Policy

If we receive 48 hours advance notice no fees apply. You will need to obtain written confirmation of cancellation from Arbor Light Studio. A charge equal to 50% of the full rental fee will be due if notice is given between 48 and 24 hours prior to use. If no notice is given prior to the scheduled use of the studio, the full fee will be due.
